EnduranceWhat is better for your health: endurance (cardio training), or weight training with weights?

In many places, writing, and it also seems to be the general opinion that endurance sports such as jogging or cycling is very good for your health, as opposed to training with weights at the gym. Some experts confirm this, because of the positive effects on heart and circulation, and because of the apparently lower risk of injury.
