Keeping healthy hair is not easy.Commonly used by people that we have to wash our hair and nourish our hair with conditioner.But those things are not enough.There are several types of hair.Hairfall, dandruff hair, curly hair, colored hair, dry hair and normal.So, most of people take special treatment for their hair.Here is the secret to keep healthy hair.

1. Start with a set meal. Choose foods containing green vegetables and sweet fruit. Milk and yogurt products are also good for hair. So it is with coconut.

2. Avoid processed or canned foods. Foods with artificial preservatives and chemical additives will not provide nutritional benefits to the body and the body. Cold drinks are also interfere with digestion and assimilation of nutrients.
