Every time looks in the mirror what do you see? Slowly appear as small lines around the corners of his mouth.

Sometimes they appear as lines running along its front. Or maybe they are grown as crow’s feet on the edge of his eyes. Generally known as wrinkles, these are, among others, witnessed the first signs of its age.

Like death and taxes, everyone will experience wrinkles, some people, however, will have more wrinkles and present them sooner than others. Research in the past have focused on the cause of wrinkles and why some people wrinkle more quickly than others. Studies have provided exposure to sunlight, cigarette smoke, intake of food and water.

Does the food you eat can really affect the appearance of your skin? A recent study published in the Journal of the American College of Nutritionsugiere that food not only nourishes the body but also to our skin.

Inquiring on food consumption and skin damage
The researchers studied the diets of more than 400 adults living in Greece, Australia and Sweden. Feeding patterns were estimated for the previous year and the foods were grouped into 10 major categories. The skin was studied to detect sun damage and the extent of this damage would agree to a six-step scale. The researchers adjusted the data to see the age and smoking, factors that by themselves which have shown that increase premature aging.
